These little nip bottles are filled with sweet sticky goodness from the Brown Family Farm in Vermont and the Warren Kimball animal prints are a visual treat in and of themselves.
Different animal prints hold different grades of maple syrup. Fox = fancy, Moose = medium, Deer = dark, Bear = Grade B. Fancy and Medium grades have a lighter maple flavor with a higher sugar content, while the dark and Grade B have a richer, more intense maple flavor.
