Description
The Pasta Basket contains artisan Stringozzi pasta from La Romagna, La Panzanella Croccantini, award-winning red sauce and truffle-infused mushroom pate from Cassina Rossa, depitted olives from Oloves, marinated vegetables from Poshi, San Pelligrino sparkling water (or garlic head) and delectable hazelnut truffles from Dolcetta Artisan Sweets to round out the meal. The medium size also includes Olympia Provisions Sopressata salami, and Jose Gourmet’s Spiced Calamari in Ragut Sauce. The large also include a bottle of extra-virgin olive oil from Cooperativa Agricola Colli Etruschi. We can add a bottle of wine to the order if the basket is being hand-delivered in Seattle, or picked up from our gift studio in NE Seattle.
